George Moore – President

Mr. Moore joined MC Assembly in 2005, bringing 30 years of electronics operations, sales, engineering and leadership experience. He is leading the continuous improvement and cultural changes at MC Assembly and sits on the company’s Board of Directors.  George spent 22 years at IBM in various capacities, the last of which was the Corporate Vice-President of Manufacturing. He then became Executive Vice President of global operations for Solectron, one of the world’s largest EMS providers and served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). George holds a BSEE degree from Clemson University and an MBA degree from Duke University.

Mark McReynolds – Sr. Vice President of Finance

Mr. McReynolds joined MC Assembly in 1995 and has over 25 years of manufacturing / financial experience. He has the financial leadership and controls responsibility for the company. His work experience includes various financial roles at global leaders such as Unisys and Sony Corporations. Mark also has extensive experience in both start-up operations and re-engineering activity at different Florida based companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Thomas Hansen – Vice President of Operations & GM

Mr. Hansen joined MC Assembly in 2011, bringing with him over 25 years of Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Plant Management experience. His responsibilities include the operations strategy to support the strategic business goals for global manufacturing and engineering with a focus on Best in Class techniques and Lean Manufacturing practices. Prior to MC Assembly, Thom held leadership roles at NeuroMetrix a Medical OEM, KMC Systems a Medical Equipment developer and manufacturer, Mack Technologies an EMS provider, and Textron Defense Systems a defense contractor. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
