Mark McReynolds is Chief Financial Officer of MC Assembly. McReynolds joined the company in 1995 and is responsible for all accounting and finance functions and risk management as well as overseeing the company’s human resources and information technology departments.

Under McReynolds’ leadership, MC Assembly has implemented best-in-class financial systems and controls that have helped the business increase its annual revenue from $15 million to more than $200 million.

McReynolds has overseen more than $100 million of recapitalization efforts during his tenure as chief financial officer and helped complete the 2007 sale of the company to a private equity group. He has closed more than $80 million in equipment financing transactions during his tenure and co-led efforts to acquire the company’s electronics manufacturing services (EMS) operations in the Boston area.

Prior to joining MC Assembly, McReynolds worked in multiple financial capacities for Computower Technologies, Huran Machine Products, Sony, Memorex and the Burroughs Corporation.

McReynolds earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University. He is married.
